1. General. These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the Potter World website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.

2. Product Descriptions & Nature of Goods. Potter World offers a variety of premium products for purchase, focusing specifically on clothing, apparel, and accessories. The specific nature, sizing, materials, and care instructions for each product are described on its individual product listing page. It is the customer's responsibility to review the full product description prior to purchase.

3. Product Images & Representations. Photographs, images, and visual representations of products on this Site are provided for illustrative and promotional purposes. While we strive for accuracy, product images may be digitally enhanced or colour-corrected. The actual product delivered may differ slightly in appearance from promotional imagery due to monitor settings or fabric variations. You acknowledge and accept that reasonable variations between promotional images and the actual product do not constitute a material defect or misrepresentation.

4. Pricing & Payment. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Your order represents an offer to purchase, and a binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled if there are pricing errors, product listing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potter World's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Potter World be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties. All products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Potter World disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that product images on the Site will exactly match the product received.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
